If there’s one thing that is absolutely certain to hold you back in your business and life, it’s low self esteem. The inability to be confident can really make or break a person but luckily, there are plenty of ways that you can learn how to recognize your self worth.
And that’s what this week’s video is all about! How to be more confident in yourself. We’re going to dig into how to be more assertive and confident in your business, what you can do to improve your self esteem and overcome insecurity. Are you ready?
Come to Terms with Your Strengths.
We’re so hyper focused on our weakness that we often overlook our strengths! It’s high time you get to know what you’re good at and start leveraging that strength in your business. The more you can use your strengths, the more confident you’ll feel as you’ll naturally be improving in your business and life.
Accept Your Weaknesses.
Weak does NOT equal wrong. You can’t be good at everything nor should you be. This would be unfair for everyone else, you know? Leave some special talent for the rest of us!
Instead of constantly living in a state of “I need to do better,” learn what weaknesses you can let go of. You don’t need to improve at everything. That will overwhelm you and keep you feeling down.
Challenge Your Limiting Beliefs.
Thse little lies that pop into your head and tell you that you’re wrong or you’re not good enough or you can’t succeed. It’s time for you to let them go. Challenge them by asking them this.
“Is this without a doubt true? Can I prove it? If not, it must not be!”
And let that limiting belief go!
Set Attainable Goals.
We set ourselves up for failure daily when we are constantly setting goals that are impossible. Instead of constantly creating goals that are going to overwhelm us, stress us out, create unwinnable situations, set small goals that are easily broken down into action plans.
And celebrate your victories!!! There is no success too small.
Face Your Fears.
Those things that terrify you. The things that you avoid doing because you don’t want to fail, because you want to be accepted, those are the things you need to face head on. It won’t be easy but when you overcome those obstacles, you’ll have confidence built to the brim!
Confidence isn’t something you’ll build overnight. Oh no. It’s like a muscle, you have to exercise it. But friend, it’ll always be worth it.
